PROJECT: Woodford Express, LLC Lindsay, Oklahoma.

POSITION: Senior Field Planner- Lead (22 months Contract from 05/2013 to 03/2015)

Work as Planner/Scheduler for a Gas Plant Construction for Exterran at Woodford LLC Lindsay Oklahoma.

The overall Project is with about 1800 Activities, I received the high level construction schedule from Exterran sub contractors and with Team of 1 Project Manager, 4 Estimator, and 2 Cost Engineer, one Project Control Engineer, I was Able to Plan/Scheduled the Project Using P6-8.3 with Critical Path Method break down the WBS to level 3. Then I move to Lindsay, Oklahoma and maintain the schedule on the site. This Project has over 60 Foundations.

Communicated with the Project Manager and Project team on daily basis on the Progress of the Project.

24month contract at PSE&G New Jersey Representing PSEG as Project Control Using as Built Plan, Methodology. Field Construction on their Power Services Stations changing and renovating all The Electric power Systems in New Jersey and Long Island that has been working for 30 or more years using P6. Establishing the interfaces with all the internal and external contributors using the Critical provided project scheduling and analysis support to project managers and engagement teams using Primavera P6

      Integrated the constraints of the client, coordinated all Construction packages with Path Method.

Determined and analyzed critical path activities for identification of potential delay impacts

Informed the Project Manager and the Project Team as soon as possible of any significant drifts or variation in the schedule.

Collected, updated and consolidated the physical progress follow-up for the project.

Proposed and coordinated the corrective actions for reducing risks of delay, maintaining floats and improving time control.
