Construction for Exterran at Woodford LLC Lindsay Oklahoma. The overall Project is with about 1800 Activities, I
received the high level construction schedule from Exterran sub contractors
and with Team of 1 Project Manager, 4 Estimator, and 2 Cost Engineer, one
Project Control Engineer, I was Able to Plan/Scheduled the Project Using
P6-8.3 with Critical Path Method break down the WBS to level 3. Then I move
to Lindsay, Oklahoma and maintain the schedule on the site. This Project has
over 60 Foundations. Communicated with the Project Manager and Project team
on daily basis on the Progress of the Project. Some Major Equipment Installed Are: Inlet
System, Inlet Compressions, Stabilizer Overhead Compressor, Condensation
storage Tank, Dehydration System, Compressors, Heaters, Air Coolers,
